Abstract:Dong Zhongshu was one of the thinkers Zhang Dainian has always been concerned about from the 30th century to the 1980s. He not only summarized his philosophical thinking from the perspective of the universe and life theory, but also made unique evaluations on the theoretical standpoint of the new materialism. Zhang Dainian’s Dong Zhongshu’s discussion has basic characteristics such as a certain theoretical standpoint, a clear philosophical historical method and a profound textual proofreading. It put forward many valuable views, but there are also points worthy of negotiation.

The article proposes that the discussion of Dong Zhongshu’s thoughts by Zhang Dainian has shown a certain theoretical standpoint, a clear philosophical historical method and a profound textual proofreading. It is important to analyze his cosmic and life standpoint from the perspective of “new materialism” standpoint and “ordinary philosophy of the Chinese system”, without touching on political philosophy. 1. The discussion of Dong Zhongshu before “Big”
Assessing the meaning of Dong Zhongshu’s discussion of Zhang Dainian, he complained about the founding period of history, which was very stressful and often worked overtime. Constraint is undoubtedly a feasible path. In other words, it means to analyze the value of Dong Zhongshu’s research and discussion from his research and development history.
The concern for Dong Zhongshu that has certain academic meaning can be traced back to Wang Chong, a Donghan scholar who was about two hundred years later. In “Yuheng”, Wang Chongxian talked about Dong Zhongshu, which mostly discussed his problems such as “church sacrifices” and “strategic writings”. Liao Ping rebelled against the “Wang Lu’s statement” that “beginning with Dong Zi and becoming He Jun”, and believed that “Dong Zi’s establishment was based on the rules and first changed the meaning of “Su Wang” to the words of “Su Wang” as a conscience. This is Dong Zi’s mistake, and later he was eager to correct it. Moreover, he said that the king’s intention was not met, so he entrusted it to “Wang Lu”; the person who entrusted it to “Hang Lu” was actually the root of “King Su” and “Wang Lu” was the branch. Because the king’s intention was not met, he entrusted it to “Wang Lu” to see the meaning of “King Su”. It was Dong Zi’s words that “Wang Lu” and his intention was to be “Su Wang””[7]. Kang Youwei even used the development of Dong Zhongshu’s thoughts to promote the content of Gongyang Three Worlds as the focus, saying: “Dong Sheng even used Confucius as the new king, changed the Zhou system, and used Yin and Zhou as the descendants of the king.
